Born/raised: Born and raised in Galveston, Texas. Lived there for 18 years and then went to college in Austin, Texas at the University of Texas. Lived in Houston, Texas until 2001. Moved to Scottsdale in 2001 and opened a law and accounting office.

Education:

• Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas – (1981)
• Juris Doctor in Law from South Texas College of Law – (1991)
• Master of Laws in Taxation from Washington School of Law – (1999)

Primary duties:

• Designated broker for Bronstein Commercial.
• Owner and operator of a private, solo law and accounting practice with clients in both Arizona and Texas.
• Negotiating and closing of deals.

Experience: Nearly 40 years in commercial real estate handling a variety of deals all the way up to $40 million.

Favorite leisure activities: Walking (especially with my dog – Astro). Walking saved my life back in 2001 and continues to keep me healthy.

Personal accomplishment of which you are most proud: Losing over 220 pounds, without drugs or surgery and keeping the weight off for 11+ years.

What people don’t know about you: I’m an author of 9+ self-help books and courses. I take great pleasure in helping others to improve their lives and to be happier.

Best business advice you’ve been given: Be yourself. Don’t try to be someone else.
